Our beverage manager, New York based senior mixologist, Jeremy Buck has over 16 years of F&B experience all over the U.S. He has worked at prestigious places like Rotisserie Georgette, Demi Monde, Nitecap, Flatiron Lounge etc. and has been voted one of the top 25 bartenders in New York. Jeremy is focused on pushing the boundaries of the cocktail culture in the city by constantly innovating the menu and challenging palates with his flavor combinations.
We have also partnered with Hong Kong based consultant, Sandeep Hathiramani to set up the bar with an intimate, mature experience that introduces guests to the rich drinking traditions of South Asia. Sandeep is instrumental in creating the bar program at establishments such as Mott 32 and is the co-founder of The Bar Awards.
